As I write we are trying to condole a wonderful friend, who lost her older brother and will now bury her younger brother, both were killed by driver’s who had been drinking alcohol then chose to drive a vehicle. Both “accidents” occured in the Tanjay vicinity. If you choose to drink and drive and something goes terribly wrong it would seem a terrible “dis-service to victim’s family to call it an “accident”. My wife (Geroncia Saycon Neo) and I are not calling for a judicial vendetta, but, we are praying for justice. Above all, we pray for an end to rthis senseless loss of life and the lifelong grief brought about by someone who chooses toi drink and then drive.
